Shipping
Currently we only ship to U.S. addresses, all orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.

We know when you place an order you probably want it "now"...or as soon as humanly possible without it costing you an arm and a leg!  We work with UPS, Fed Ex Ground and USPS to give you the best rate for your order/s.  Since many of our items are very heavy, we have based our shipping costs on total weight of all the items in your shopping cart.  Please provide a street address for all shipments (we do not ship to PO, APO or FPO addresses). 

Returns
C & L Marketing should be notified no later than 3 days after you receive your order should you want to return your merchandise.  ALL DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS HAVE A 3 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!
Returns are accepted only for defective merchandise. Returns cannot be accepted if your order was shipped out of the continental USA.
All postage fees, both to you and back to us are the responsibility of the purchaser. All returns must be preauthorized.  There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise.  Please do not mail the merchandise back without first contacting  returns@SpectatorZone.com.
C & L Marketing is not responsible for any misrepresentation of products by the manufacturer or by its distributors.  Pictures and descriptions are provided by the respective manufacturer. 

Backorders
If the manufacturer/wholesaler has discontinued a product on your order or your order is backordered we will contact you by phone or email.

Damaged Goods
Sometimes situations arise that are out of our control.  Among the most common is damaged merchandise through shipping.  In the case that your order, in whole or in part, is damaged by the carrier it has to be claimed with that carrier.  We will replace defective merchandise but cannot be held liable for the actions of the freight carrier.
